CernySmith offers three types of training:

CSA CERTIFICATION TRAINING is the official training course for CSA Coach Certification. It covers everything needed to effectively administer and  interpret the CSA.

CERNYSMITH  INTERCULTURAL TRAINING helps people and groups prepare for successful transitions to new cultures or environmental shifts (i.e. dorm living).

CSA ADVANCED TRAININGS are available for CSA Distributors and Coaches and covers a variety of topics pertaining to the CSA and cross-cultural coaching. Advancing CSA Interpretation Skills is a 6 hour training that provides advanced level CSA interpretation and application skills training for CSA Certified Coaches. CSA Refresher Courses are online courses that review the CSA, i.e. review scales, interpretation and basic coaching. CSA Distributor Trainings are for those interested in promoting, training and selling the CSA.
