helping military personnel and their families answer the question
“How are you doing?”
A soldiers CSA Story:
I hate writing letters but man, you guys really get it. Four months ago, I came back from my second deployment to Iraq. It sounds terrible, but when I got here, I wanted to go back. Everybody has an opinion about the war but nobody understands what it was like.
A buddy from my reserve unit told me about your test that he took upon re-entry from his deployment. He said his wife took it last year when she came back from Afghanistan and found it really helpful. So I thought why not try it. Wow! I couldn’t believe how it described what I was feeling. It said I was having problems with relationships. That’s an understatement. My wife and I fought all the time. I was feeling really guilty about being angry but couldn’t do anything about it. I showed her the CSA results – she was amazed and decided to take it too. When I saw her results, it helped me realize how much she was hurting.
We are now getting counseling at the VA Hospital. You saved me and my marriage. Maybe you should talk to the top brass about having all soldiers take this test when they come home. A great big Thank You!
