Dr. Roger Boyd is a licensed clinical psychologist. Before moving to Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2006, Roger lived in the U.S. where he was co-owner of a private Christian counseling center. Roger is the Director of The Well where he works with cross-cultural workers living in, or coming to, Chiang Mai. Schuppener, Jochen, M.A.
 International Partner, based in Germany
Jochen Schuppener, M.A. Intercultural Studies, has been involved in overseas work since 1993. In England, Thailand and China he trained multicultural teams for service in southeast Asia. As Team Coach he was in charge of 750 staff in international projects. He now serves freelance NGOs and international companies as Intercultural Consultant in Personnel Care and Team Development. Together with his wife Christine he continuously coaches & debriefs professionals and their families.
