CernySmith - CSA Certification

To purchase and administer the CSA, coaches must complete an approved CSA Authorized Coach Certification Training Course. Coaches certified in the use of the CSA represent a broad spectrum of the helping professions. Examples of CSA coaches are; executive and organizational coaches, EAP counselors, educators, chaplains, Family Service counselors, psychologists, social workers, and physicians. CSA certification courses are 6 hour trainings which certify coaches to administer and interpret the CSA in assessing cross-cultural adjustment. CernySmith distributors offer a wide variety of training courses - on-site, web-based and private trainings.
