Business Coach Certification Workshop This Level 1 training workshop for business
coaches and HR personnel provides certification training for the CSAI-BC, the premiere
online assessment that measures expatriate Intercultural Intelligence (ICI). Using
disguised case examples from the field, it describes and illustrates the 20 statistically
derived content scales within five ICI domains: Organizational, Cultural, Personal,
Psychological and Relational.
Using nonjudgemental language, CSAI client and coach reports support dynamic
expatriate coaching experiences. The ICI Success Hierarchy for Global Professionals
provides powerful new tools for identifying expatriate strengths, facilitating personal
