FAQ

Why CSA Coaching? CSA Coaching shows people new ways to think. They help put things in perspective and help people enhance their skills, strengths, and challenges. With all the changes that come with cross-cultural adjustment, i.e. personal, parental, and cultural questions, having someone that can encourage you in your journey is empowering and leads to greater success.

Who are CSA Coaches? They represent a broad spectrum of people: member care providers, executive and organizational coaches, human resource specialists, educators, chaplains, psychologists and people who have lived successfully across cultures and want to be of help.

How do I become a CSA Coach? All you need to do is complete the CSA Certification Training program which trains people to administer and interpret CSA results. For training information, click here.

Can I advertise my coaching services on your site? Yes, we have a list of CSA Coaches for people to contact on our site. Complete the coach registration and we will display your name, website, or email.

Why is coaching required for the CSA-Professional report and not the CSA-Standard? The CSA-Professional Report is highly personal and requires coaching because it allows for more in-depth personalized analysis of the results. All CSA coaches are highly trained and understand all the scales and their interactions to help their clients understand their results in a powerful and personalized manner. The CSA-Standard does not contain all the scales and is not as in-depth. For more information on the differences between the CSA reports click here.
