We believe that in order to get the most out of the CSA it is important to have a CSA certified coach interpret the CSA-Feedback Report. This comprehensive professional report, when combined with performance based coaching, can accurately identify strengths and challenges and recommend practical steps in order to maximize performance and reduce stress.

Coaches certified in the use of the CSA represent a broad spectrum of the helping professions. Examples of CSA coaches are: life coaches, executive and organizational coaches, EAP counselors, educators, chaplains, Family Service counselors, psychologists, social workers, physicians, and expatriates who have lived successfully in other cultures.
