About the Organizational Support Scale:
All international employees and family members have sending or sponsoring organizations. For some employees their company is half a world away while for others it is within their cross-cultural setting. While structures of the company relationships vary greatly, the nature and quality of those relationships are very important to both the organization and the individual for success. The Organizational Support Scale assesses your perception of the quality and accuracy of company direction and support. Your results provide a snapshot of how supportive you think your organization is.
